Biography
Kevin E. Thelen's general civil litigation practice focuses on the defense of health care providers in medical malpractice cases, and the defense of individuals and businesses facing claims of catastrophic personal injuries with significant and complex medical issues. He also assists health care providers in matters relating to licensing with various California state agencies and other administrative bodies. Mr. Thelen has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict in these fields.
