Biography
Chelsie Morgan has been practicing law since 2013. Her practice primarily focuses on defending businesses in all aspects of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, class and representative actions, unfair competition, and trade secret matters. She provides practical, strategic, and effective advocacy designed to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing business disruption. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in both state and federal courts through all phases of litigation.
Chelsie also represents employers in proceedings before numerous administrative agencies, including the California Civil Rights Department (formerly the Department of Fair Employment and Housing), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Cal/OSHA, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the Employment Development Department. She regularly assists clients in responding to administrative complaints, investigations, and hearings.
