Biography
Gwen Atherton joined LeBeau Thelen in 2023 and is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. Her practice focuses primarily on business litigation, real estate, and water law.
Ms. Atherton graduated cum laude from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as president of Chapman’s Environmental Law Society and participated in her school’s environment, land use, and real estate law emphasis program. Prior to joining LeBeau Thelen, Ms. Atherton interned at various organizations focusing on environmental law and in-house corporate practice.
