Biography
Bernard G. "Ben" LeBeau III is a Bakersfield native who joined the firm in 2013 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. He is an associate in the firm's estate planning and transactional practice group.
Mr. LeBeau's practice involves a variety of general business and personal planning issues, including the formation, management, operation and dissolution of profit and non-profit corporations, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and sole proprietorships. He also provides advice and services in the area of tax and family succession planning, which includes the preparation of wills and trusts, as well as the analysis and minimization of estate and gift tax, generation skipping tax, and income tax.
