Biography
Thomas S. McIntosh is one of the firm's founding members, specializing in the field of Probate and Trust Administration, although his extensive experience also includes representation of receivers, trustees and fiduciaries in business matters generally, business dissolutions and distributions, and related litigation. He is well-known in the legal community of Kern County for is extraordinary attention to detail, his success in unravelling complicated business disputes relating to estates and trusts, working with other attorneys in problem-avoidance and problem-solving, and an overall commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients.
Mr. McIntosh has represented clients in a multitude of matters including:

- representing trustees of multimillion-dollar trusts
