Biography
LeBeau-Thelen partner Alan Mish brings decades of experience to his practice in tort and business litigation matters, including complex personal injury cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides, product liability litigation, medical malpractice defense, real property and construction defect disputes, employment issues before administrative agencies and the courts, and general business and contract disputes.
Mr. Mish's experience spans hundreds of cases in an array of fields including medicine, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, prison-related matters for the California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, oilfield accidents, human resources, and numerous others.
